A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or other equivalent qualification) to work as a Finance Officer for a global growing IT firm.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Officer will be responsible for the day to day management of finances, preparing management accounts, coordinating payroll, paying out invoices, invoicing external organizations, maintaining fixed asset register, liaising with a whole range of shareholders.
Responsible for entering financial data, preparing and working against budgets, preparing year end Accounts in accordance to Kosovo and International accounting standards, building up reserves, developing financial management systems and continual Service improvement plans.
This is a standalone hands-on and strategic role, working very closely with the CEO. It is essential that the individual has previous experience of managing Finances for a large organization or Big4.

DESIRED PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; preferable MSc/MBA in Finance & Accounting from leading University;
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, specifically focused on performing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax compliance services;
Big4 Practice background;
Working knowledge of IFRS, bookkeeping and the Kosovo tax system;
Strong analytical, numerical and Microsoft Office skills;
Fluency in English (must) ;
Accountancy qualification – ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, & SCAAK (or in process of taking exams);
