MECHANICAL ENGINEER - MALAYSIA

For our client, an international manufacturer company in supply gasses industry with Head Offices in Senai (Johor state, southern Malaysian, just across Singapore) we are looking for:

RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • Analyze problems to see how mechanical and other devices might help solve the problem;
  • Design or redesign mechanical and other devices using analysis and computer-aided design;
  • Develop and test prototypes of devices they design;
  • Analyze the test results and change the design as needed;
  • Oversee the manufacturing process for the device;

 

DUTIES:

 

  • Analyze problems to see how mechanical and other devices might help solve the problem;
  • Design or redesign mechanical and other devices using analysis and computer-aided design;
  • Develop and test prototypes of devices they design;
  • Analyze the test results and change the design as needed;
  • Oversee the manufacturing process for the device;
  • Design and oversee the manufacturing of many products ranging from medical devices to new batteries;
  • Design power-producing machines such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, and steam and gas turbines as well as power-using machines, such as refrigeration and air-conditioning systems;
  • Use computers extensively. To create and analyze designs, run simulations and test how a machine is likely to work, and generate specifications for parts.

 


DESIRED PROFILE:

 

  • Academic master degree in electrical and mechanical engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in industrial production and/or manufacturing, gas industry is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with international employer;
  • Fluent in English language;
  • Computer skills:
  • Auto-CAD software
  • Personal commitment and independence;
  • Time-wise flexibility;
  • Accurate and conscientiousness;
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment;
  • Preparedness to take responsibility and be prepared to learn new systems/methodologies;
  • Absolute loyalty towards to employer;
  • Willingness to learn and improve own skills continuous;

 

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:

 

  • Starting net salary: 1.400 EUR plus some annual bonus package applicable and negotiable;
  • Housing allowance provided by the company: 350 EUR per month;
  • Company car, mobile phone, computer and all other assets necessary for normal job performance;
  • 2 flight ticket p.a. for home trips, 30 days annual leave;
