For our client, a business consulting company in Prishtina/Kosova we are looking for:
PROJECT MANAGER - PRISHTINA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and execute assigned business projects as per client requirements;
Prepare business proposals and presentations;
Implement assigned projects, often taking a leadership role;
Develop effective and valued partnerships with companies and/or institutions.
Manage, schedule or organize project related events, workshops, round tables, gatherings and meetings with all stakeholders;
Take on initiatives in finding new projects and preparing the proposal
Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs
Assist senior consultants and/or managers in coordinating assignments by contributing to the development of project plans, and liaising with client staff;
Prepare narrative and financial reports for various donor funded projects under their standard guidelines;
Prepare oral presentations for consulting and development projects;
Provide support as required for the administration of the management consulting practice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with clients;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proven ability to work in a team-orientated environment;
Capable of working independently and of setting deadlines to ensure that the tasks are carried out
Proficiency in English and Albanian language
Other relevant skills for consultancy industry.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
A Masters Degree in Business Administration, or other related field
At least 2 years of experience working with national and international stakeholders;
At least 2 years of work experience with private sector and development projects;
Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working with Donor community in Kosovo is an advantage.
