For our Client a well-known international company in the field of Textile Production (high tech protective clothing), for its facility in Vinica, Macedonia, we are looking for:

 

PRODUCTION MANAGER

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitors the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
• Ensures that the production is cost effective;
• Decides what resources are required;
• Drafts a timescale for the job;
• Compliance with delivery periods
• Performing process analysis, improvement and control
• Continuous increase in operating performance
• Participation in corrective and continuous improvement measures
• Estimates costs and sets the quality standards;
• Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• Supervises and motivates a team of workers;
• Reviews workers performance;
• Identifies training needs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree

· At least 3-5 years of experience in production management role in textile industry

· Written and spoken English

· REFA basic knowledge is an advantage

· Independent and results oriented person

· Willingness to identify him/herself with the high-quality product

• Team player

 

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly competitive.
