For our Client, a worldwide known international beauty company with long tradition and distribution in several continents we are looking for:

 

BRANCH MANAGER - Kosovo, Prishtina

 

The Branch Manager will be responsible for drive Kosovo organization towards maximizing results with main focus on sales force growth leading to Net Sales and operating profit growth.

The Branch Manager will be a key member in the management of the company and will report to the Managing Director SMK

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: BRANCH MANAGER - Kosovo, Prishtina

  • Ensuring that they deliver upon targeted Sales and Profit numbers
  • Ensure sustainable Sales Growth by delivering Sales Force Growth
  • Recruit new team members, build an effective team, overseeing new employees’ on boarding
  • Developing people, through training, coaching and regular and constructive feedback.
  • Monitor, review and evaluate performance of individuals by the IPM process
  • Recognize and reward good results and initiative, encourages excellence and sharing best practices
  • Delegate responsibilities and decisions to help empower people and teams
  • Carrying out active PR activities
  • Responsible for providing market relevant feedback and good cooperation towards the regional team

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience from business-oriented leadership
  • Academic degree
  • Hands-on sales and marketing experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • At least 3-5 years of successful management experience, preferably on a management level in a dynamic sales environment.
  • The candidate is “hands-on” with exceptional talent for motivating other people
  • Meriting:
  • International working experience.
  • Experience from managing a department/division/company in an international environment.
  • Other languages than English, adapted to the languages spoken in the region.
