For our Client a well-established company in the field of ICT sector, in Macedonia, we are looking for:

SALES DIRECTOR

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Performs activities as a member of the senior management of the company
  • Participates in the processes of acquisition and growth to support the achievement of business objectives and plans of the company.
  • Responsible for achieving the planned target sales in its department annually.
  • Define short and long term business plans and goals for employees in the sector and monitors and ensures compliance therewith;
  • Analyzes statistical data on sales, in the interest of potential growth of the business;
  • Coordinates the activities of the company's competitive positioning in the market and follow the trends in the ICT market in the country and the region;
  • Monitors profit / loss in cooperation with the department for financial operations, analysis and proposes actions to improve;
  • Defines pricing policy in order to maximize the profits of the company;
  • Monitor the condition of the goods in the warehouse and controls inventory lists;
  • Proposes operational policies to the company
  • Responsible for the preparation of reports on sales and marketing and presents them to the general director
  • Prepares periodic analysis of results achieved in sales for the past, for potential developments in the period that follows and analyzes the status of number of customers and presents them to the general manager.
  • Defines Budget to Sales and Marketing Sector and monitors its implementation;
  • Monitors the objectives of the strategic marketing plan;
  • Supervises and oversees the implementation of marketing activities;
  • Defines procedures and methods of work and communicates them to employees in sales and marketing sector;
  • Proposes and manages the introduction of new products and services
  • Develops and improves business relations with existing customers of the company and initiates relationships with new clients;
  • Represents the company in various organizations, associations and other promotional events, monitors and coordinates advertising campaigns;
  • Responsible for the motivation of the employees in the sales and marketing department;
  • Creates policies for the allocation of work responsibilities of employees, distribution of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual goals for each employee in department sales and marketing as well as creates bonus programs to motivate employees in the department;
  • Setting goals and tasks of the employees at the beginning of the year, reviewing the performance of the mid-term evaluation and the same after the end of the current year.
  • Analysis for determining the need to develop additional competencies among employees, guidance and strategy for obtaining them.
  • Approves and supervises the procurement of merchandise, negotiates general conditions in contracts with principals;
  • Defines pricing policy in order to maximize the profits of the company;
  • Proposes and manages the introduction of new products and services, an analysis of the market;
  • Monitors and controls the pace of execution of the planned sale;
  • Supervises the implementation of marketing activities;
  • Monitors and controls the daily activities inserted in CRM system, delegates responsibilities
  • Contact with other people and departments
  • Permanent communication with the vendors, customers, customer matrix;

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proactive mindset
  • Creative, responsible and reliable person
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of sales experience
  • At least 8 years in managing position
  • Valid driver’s license B category.
