For our Client well established international company from food industry, we are looking for:


 

DEPUTY SALES – R. MACEDONIA

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

She/he plays a key role in developing, monitoring and providing sales activities within the Group strategy, and ensuring consistent and rapid growth across all sales channels (Retail, Horeca, Foodservice, Cash & Carry). She/he manages budget and evaluates sales performance. She/he ensures enforcement of the Holding’s procedures, strategy and policy. She/he develops and implements international sales strategy validated by the Holding’s Head of Sales. She/he reports to the Holding’s Head of Sales

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

 

  • Develop customers’ portfolio and maintain partnership with customers;
  • Build sales network in Balkans and Europe;
  • Identify and report on business opportunities;
  • Coordinates the logistics & distribution channel with the support of Logistic Manager;
  • Recommend strategy and tactics for current and new business opportunities
  • Meet profit targets.

 

TEAM MANAGEMENT

 

  • Motivate the Sales team to achieve successful results;
  • Define revenue targets for Sales team members and submit to approval of Management;
  • Implement the Holding’s sales strategy and ensure it is strictly followed internally;
  • Organize and attend weekly meetings with the Sales team to share and discuss their information/success/limits/issues;
  • Follow up meticulously each file involving sales issues and support your team in finding appropriate and profitable solutions respecting the company’s guidelines;
  • Ensure deadlines are strictly respected.

 

REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

 

  • Oversee sales & marketing activities, and ensure it fits with the company’s strategy;
  • Identify and recommend key areas for improvement in the Sales/Logistics process;
  • Report weekly on sales performance against budget/forecast and comment variances;
  • Attend weekly conference call with Head of Sales to discuss opportunities/limits and inform about status current files/sales development;
  • Monitor performance;
  • Identifies and agrees with the Head of Sales, needs of new working positions within the division as prerequisites require;
  • Provide proven track record of sales growth and delivery of results to Business Plan;
  • Communicate Sales Results to Management and Head of Sales on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

We seek an outstanding highly experienced pro-active candidate with demonstrated leadership experience and a professional track record in Sales Development and Sales Management.

  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, Results oriented;
  • Team Player, Good communication Skills;
  • Good judgment and ability to bring creative solutions.
