For our client HITKOM, one of the leading distributors of telecommunications and information technology equipment, for Macedonia and regional market, we are looking for:  




HITCOM is one of the leading distributors of telecommunications and information technology equipment. Together with affiliated companies, they produce and distribute brands and products for telecom operators, enterprises as well also for end consumers. They operate in several countries and online platforms and sales channels such as, and as well as traditional distribution channels and they offer a range of products such as optical cables, network cables, coaxial cables with it all components, active networking equipment, content security systems, end-to-end solutions for digital receivers, etc.



  • Know the product line and their specifics for specific brands and suppliers
  • Actively pursues sales of products across all company sales channels through ecommerce, stores, distributors, installers and resellers and other consumer groups
  • Conducts product orders to suppliers and tracks order status in the respective supplier system
  • Knows the content of sales contracts with suppliers of products it covers
  • Negotiate with suppliers on special prices, promotional prices, specific projects etc.
  • Implements the set Sales Target and controls the level of stock appropriate to the budget
  • Takes responsibility for stocking cycle items and dynamically creates sales strategies
  • Create a marketing plan by implementing marketing strategies for the product line, new and existing market segments and segments
  • Should be ready to carry out different trainings within the product line he / she is managing and ready to travel


  • University degree
  • experience in establishing and leading networks                  
  • experience in sales 3 years
  • good MS Office knowledge/excel
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Sales Planning and marketing
  • Counsel, support
  • Analytical skills: use data-driven reports to spur sales, understanding pricing, margins, and discounting impacts
  • Market Knowledge
